All sales on Bloxoro are for digital in-game items delivered directly to your Roblox account. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital deliveries, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

Bloxoro is operated by Vantara Digital Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
Because our products are virtual goods delivered digitally to your game account, refunds are only available under the specific circumstances described in this policy.
Refund Eligibility

- Items were not delivered to your account within the expected timeframe.
- A refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- You have contacted our support team and the issue has been confirmed.

- Items have already been successfully delivered to your account.
- Refund is requested due to a change of mind after delivery.
- You provided an incorrect Roblox username or game ID at checkout.
- The request is made more than 24 hours after the original purchase.
- Your account was banned or suspended by Roblox after delivery.
- You violated Bloxoro's Terms of Service.
Delivery Failures
We aim to deliver all in-game items within 30 minutes of order confirmation. If your items have not been delivered within this window, please follow these steps:
- Wait at least 30 minutes from the time of purchase confirmation.
- Check that your Roblox username and server details provided at checkout are correct.
- Contact our support team at support@bloxoro.com with your Order ID.
Upon verification, we will either redeliver your items or issue a full refund to your original payment method โ at your preference.
Chargebacks
Important Notice
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Bloxoro support may result in the immediate suspension of your account and all associated accounts.
We take chargebacks seriously and maintain detailed records of all transactions and deliveries. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent (i.e., items were successfully delivered), we reserve the right to take appropriate action including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
If you have a legitimate concern about a transaction, please contact us at support@bloxoro.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. This is outside of our control.
